Special Projects
– Do you have your own scanning system but can’t seem to get caught up, or do you
want to expand your current system to add more departments? We can come alongside you to scan
and index documents for uploading into your own system.
Digital Archiving
– We scan your valuable paper documents and save the files on a CD/DVD which is
organized based on your own criteria. We can also arrange for secure storage on our server,
providing user names and passwords to securely protect your documents. A third option would be for
us to upload the digital documents to your own PC or server for storage.
Scan-On-Demand
– Our records storage clients can take advantage of our Scan-On-Demand
service. Instead of receiving the original document from storage, the requested material can be
scanned and posted to the secure Total Recall site for fast and easy downloading, viewing, printing
and distribution. We take care of storing your original paper documents and only scan only the
documents that you need, when you need them. It is the best of both worlds.
