Storing your records

Bar code technology is the key to document management that is secure and documented for total accountability. First, for permanent identification, a bar code is placed on each container that we receive at the LDS facilities. Then each container is carefully identified and indexed by record type and range of files like dates, names, or content descriptions. We can also index the exact contents of each container for even more accountability. The identification of the box and/or its contents is totally customizable. Once indexing is complete, the bar coded containers are placed on specially designed storage shelves in our secure facilities. We scan the bar coded shelf and that tells us the exact location of each box and file!

 

 

Retrieving your records

Secure access to your records is as easy as a call, fax, or a Web order! Our staff records and verifies each file order you make to ensure proper authorization. With our powerful software technology we quickly identify the proper container and its location in our facilities.

We can complete your order with our courier service, or we can express ship the file to your office, security sealed.

Use our Scan-On-Demand service to get it even faster and more conveniently than that! Your authorized employees can manage the storage account conveniently from their desktops, which provides a digital image of your file to view, print, or download.
