How do we find your records?
Indexing and bar coding. Your records are indexed, the indexed information is entered into our records management software and linked to a barcode label.

When you need to retrieve a file it's as easy as doing a database search. Our system tells us whether we have the file, where it's located and which box it's in.

If you're using our Scan On Demand service your indexed information is at your fingertips from the convenience of your own desktop. Fill out an online request and within hours the file is available for download from our secure Total Recall site.
